The visitor economy generated a substantial £1.458 billion for Warwickshire in 2025, supporting 26,282 jobs and attracting 16 million visitor trips.

These latest economic impact figures underscore the vital role the visitor economy plays in Warwickshire's communities, driving spending and supporting a diverse range of businesses, from hotels and restaurants to independent retailers and cultural venues.
In 2025, visitors spent £1.04 billion directly within the county, comprising £588 million from day visitors and £452 million from those staying overnight. The sector directly sustained 18,822 tourism jobs, with an additional 7,460 jobs supported through the wider economic supply chain.
During the year, Warwickshire welcomed 14.6 million day trips and 1.4 million staying trips, resulting in 4.5 million visitor nights.
Recognising tourism's significant contribution, Warwickshire County Council, through its Visit Warwickshire platform, is actively working with businesses and partners to grow the county's visitor economy. The initiative aims to encourage more exploration and longer stays within Warwickshire.
