Brackley Adorned with Poppies for Remembrance Sunday

Brackley Town Council

Brackley has been adorned with poppies by the Town Council's Estates Team in preparation for the Remembrance Service & Parade on Sunday 8 November.

The town's streets are now decorated with poppies, thanks to the efforts of the community and the council's Poppy Project. Displays have been revitalised at the Town Hall and a new cascade has been installed at Egerton Hall.
The council expressed gratitude to everyone involved in the Poppy Project, highlighting the community's dedication and hard work during poppy stitching sessions. The number of poppies made by the community was described as 'absolutely blown away'.
Residents are encouraged to show their support by purchasing a poppy from one of the many Royal British Legion stands and collection boxes located around town ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
