Residents of Redditch are being invited to have their say on local matters by joining the Redditch Borough Council’s Community Panel. This initiative provides opportunities for residents to share their perspectives through regular surveys and other engagement activities, aiming to help the council better understand the experiences, priorities, and opinions of the local population.
For years, the borough council has sought feedback from Community Panel members and considered their input when making decisions. Now, the council is looking to expand the panel with more members from a diverse range of backgrounds across the community.
“"If you’ve got something to say about living in Redditch, we want to hear it. You don’t need to come to a council meeting or understand how the council works. The Community Panel is simply about the council giving local people more opportunities to tell us what they think. The more voices we hear from across the borough, the better we can understand how residents feel about what matters in their communities. So please sign up and have your say in the regular engagements via the panel."
Participation is straightforward. Residents can join the panel or find out more information by visiting www.redditchbc.gov.uk/communitypanel or by contacting 01527 548284.
